1. Who we are
TellMe is a communication platform operated by MIRNINT. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions, contact developer@mirnint.com.
2. Information we process
- Account data: name, email, and workspace membership.
- Content you create: messages, files, and call metadata needed to deliver the service.
- Connected-channel data: when you link WhatsApp, Telegram, email or social accounts, we process the messages and contacts needed to show them in your inbox.
- Device & session data: device, OS, and session information for security.

3. How we use it
To provide and secure the service, deliver your messages across channels, operate AI features you enable, and support your account. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Privacy scoping
Your connected personal accounts and their conversations are scoped to you by design and are not shared across your workspace.
5. Self-hosting
When TellMe is self-hosted, your organization controls the infrastructure and data; your organization's administrator is responsible for how data is stored and handled on their systems.
